Portfolio Management
To successfully manage your student loan portfolio, you need a strong partner.  ISAC is that partner.  We understand the demands placed upon the FFELP lenders to properly administer the loan programs and keep students out of default – and we’re here to help.  ISAC offers a wide range of services designed to assist you as you work with schools in lowering their cohort default rates.  We also offer tools you can use as you work directly with students in managing their educational debt, keeping their credit in good standing, and, most importantly, avoiding default.  These services are detailed under Services to Lenders.

In addition, we want to work to ensure compliance with the requirements and practices that are crucial to proper student loan portfolio management.  Under Lender Requirements, we offer just that.  You can use this information as a valuable resource, as well as a training tool for new or experienced staff.
