At the end of each academic year, a Minority Teachers of Illinois (MTI) Scholarship Program Enrollment Status Verification for Compliance Roster is sent to the postsecondary school from ISAC, along with a cover letter explaining what is needed and the due date for providing the information. The institution verifies that the individuals who were previously awarded MTI were enrolled during that academic year.

Enter one of the enrollment verification codes listed below and a status date for each recipient. A status code must be included for all recipients except "I" and “C”:

A Minority Teachers of Illinois (MTI) Scholarship Program Enrollment Status Verification Form must be completed and returned to ISAC with the MTI Scholarship Program Enrollment Status Verification for Compliance Roster.
