IFTC Enrollment Verification

Enter one of the enrollment verification codes listed below and a status date for each recipient. A status code must be included for all recipients except "I" and “C”:

An IFTC Enrollment Status Verification Form must be completed and returned to ISAC with the IFTC Program Enrollment Status Verification for Compliance Roster.

If a school has DTSS recipients, a separate DTSS Enrollment Status Verification for Compliance Roster and DTSS Enrollment Status Verification Form is sent and must be completed using the same instructions as for the IFTC roster and verification form. The DTSS Compliance roster and Verification form are in the same format as the IFTC documents.
