  • Illinois Special Education Teacher Tuition Waiver (SETTW) Program
    The priority application consideration date for the 2012-13 academic year is March 1, 2012. The latest information regarding this program can be found at the "Illinois Special Education Teacher Tuition Waiver (SETTW) Program" page, located under "Scholarships" in the Financing section of your Zone. 
  • Illinois Veteran Grant (IVG) Program Application
    Please be aware that a qualified applicant must notify their college of their eligibility status as soon as possible, but no later than the last scheduled date of classes for the term for which the grant is requested. It is the applicant's responsibility to obtain and submit all required documentation to allow the application to be processed within the required time. We recommend that all applicants carefully review the "Illinois Veteran Grant (IVG) Program" page, located under "Grants" in the Financing section of the Student Zone, prior to completing the application. 

  • Grant Program for Dependents of Police or Fire Officers
    If recent trends in the volume of qualified applicants and available funding continues for the 2011-12 academic year, this program may not cover full benefits for each term. The latest information regarding this program can be found at the College Zone "Grant Program for Dependents of Police or Fire Officers" page, located under "Grants" in the Financing section of the Student Zone.

  • Grant Program for Dependents of Correctional Officers
    If recent trends in the volume of qualified applicants and available funding continues for the 2011-12 academic year, this program may not cover full benefits for each term. The latest information regarding this program can be found at the College Zone "Grant Program for Dependents of Correctional Officers" page, located under "Grants" in the Financing section of the Student Zone. 

  • Bonus Incentive Grant (BIG)
    Due to limited funding and high application volume, ISAC has determined that the number of  applications received for the 2011-12 BIG Program exceeds the available appropriation. Therefore, the application to apply for the BIG Program during the 2011-12 academic year is no longer available.  The latest information regarding this program, including information about funding, can be found at the College Zone "College Savings Bond Bonus Incentive Grant (BIG) Program" page, located under "Grants" in the Financing section of the Student Zone.  
      
  • John R. Justice Student Loan Repayment Program
    The priority application consideration date for the 2011-12 John R. Justice Student Loan Repayment Program is Wednesday, November 30, 2011. The latest information regarding this program can be found at the College Zone “John R. Justice Student Loan Repayment Program” page, located under “Loan Repayment/Forgiveness Programs” in the Financing section of the Student Zone.
    • The 2011-12 application is no longer available, as funding has been exhausted.
       
  • Nurse Educator Loan Repayment Program
    Additional information regarding this program can be found at the  “Nurse Educator Loan Repayment Program” page, located under "Loan Repayment/Forgiveness Programs" in the Financing section of the Student Zone. 
  • Veterans' Home Nurse Loan Repayment Program
    Additional information regarding this program can be found at the  “Veterans’ Home Nurse Loan Repayment Program” page, located under "Loan Repayment/Forgiveness Programs" in the Financing section of the Student Zone.
  • Illinois Teachers Loan Repayment Program 
    Additional information regarding this program can be found at the “Illinois Teachers and Child Care Providers Loan Repayment Program” page, located under "Loan Repayment/Forgiveness Programs" in the Financing section of the Student Zone.
  • Illinois Child Care Providers Loan Repayment Program
    Because applications are not being accepted for the federal Child Care Provider Loan Forgiveness Program, no Illinois Child Care Provider Loan Forgiveness Program awards can be made. Additional information regarding this program can be found at the College Zone "Illinois Teachers and Child Care Providers Loan Repayment Program" page, located under "Loan Repayment/Forgiveness Programs" in the Financing section of the Student Zone.

  • Minority Teachers of Illinois (MTI) Scholarship Program Application
    (apply using the Teacher Education Scholarship Programs application)
    The volume of 2011-12 Teacher Education Scholarship Program qualified applicants exceeds the available funding for awards. Consequently, ISAC is no longer accepting applications for these programs. ISAC anticipates launching the 2012-13 interactive Teacher Education Scholarship Programs application during December 2011. The latest information regarding this program can be found at the College Zone "Minority Teachers of Illinois (MTI) Scholarship Program" page, located under "Scholarships" in the Financing section of your Zone.

  • Illinois Future Teacher Corps (IFTC) Program Application 
    The volume of 2011-12 Teacher Education Scholarship Program qualified applicants exceeds the available funding for awards. Consequently, ISAC is no longer accepting applications for these programs. Funding for the Illinois Future Teacher Corps (IFTC) has been phased over to the Golden Apple Scholars of Illinois program. Academic year 2011-12 is the final year of IFTC funding. The latest information regarding this program can be found at the College Zone "Illinois Future Teacher Corps (IFTC) Program" page, located under "Scholarships" in the Financing section of your Zone.
