• Illinois Special Education Teacher Tuition Waiver (SETTW) Program
  ISAC is no longer accepting applications for the 2008-09 Illinois SETTW Program.
  The priority application consideration date for the 2008-09 academic year was
  March 1, 2008. All 2008-09 tuition waivers have been awarded, with priority consideration given to those complete applications postmarked on or before
  March 1, 2008. We anticipate the application for the 2009-10 Illinois SETTW Program being available at College Zone in December 2008. • Illinois Veteran Grant (IVG) Program
  Please be aware that a qualified applicant must notify their college of their eligibility status as soon as possible, but no later than the last scheduled date of classes for the term for which the grant is requested. It is the applicant's responsibility to obtain and submit all required documentation to allow the application to be processed within the required time. We recommend that all applicants carefully review the "Illinois Veteran Grant (IVG) Program" page, located under "Grants" in the Financing sections of the Student Zone, prior to completing the application. 
  
  
• Grant Program for Dependents of Police or Fire Officers
  The 2007-08 funds for this program are insufficient to pay any allowable tuition and mandatory fees for summer 2008. Consequently, ISAC is no longer accepting 2007-08 applications for this program. If the current volume of qualified applicants and available funding continues for the 2008-09 academic year, this program may not cover full benefits for each term of the academic year. The latest information regarding this program can be found at the College Zone "Grant Program for Dependents of Police or Fire Officers" page, located under "Grants" in the Financing section of the Student Zone.

  The 2007-08 funds for this program are insufficient to pay any allowable tuition and mandatory fees for summer 2008. Consequently, ISAC is no longer accepting 2007-08 applications for this program. If the current volume of qualified applicants and available funding continues for the 2008-09 academic year, this program may not cover full benefits for each term of the academic year. • Bonus Incentive Grant (BIG)
  Applicants are encouraged to work with their college to ensure that completed applications are submitted as soon after August 1 as possible.You must review your application and the instructions carefully to ensure that your application is complete. Incomplete applications will be returned to the student beneficiary for completion and not considered until complete. Please allow at least five (5) business days after the date your college submits the application before calling ISAC to check on the receipt of your application. • Nurse Educator Scholarship Program (NESP)
  The priority application consideration date for the 2008-09 academic year was March 1, 2008. Complete applications postmarked after that date are considered for an NESP award only if funding remains after all timely complete applicants have been awarded. Additional awarding criteria can be found at the College Zone "Nurse Educator Scholarship Program (NESP)" page, located under "Scholarships" in the Financing section of your Zone.

• Illinois Future Teacher Corps (IFTC) Program

  The priority application consideration date for the 2008-09 academic year was March 1, 2008. Complete applications received after this date are considered for the IFTC Program only if funding remains after all timely complete applicants have been awarded. Additional awarding criteria can be found at the College Zone "Illinois Future Teacher Corps (IFTC) Program" page, located under "Scholarships" in the Financing section of your Zone.
