School Bus Drivers Encouraged to Avoid Use of Cell Phones

In an effort to safeguard the approximately 25 million U.S. students who ride a bus each day, the proposed cell phone ban would apply whenever a bus is moving, and when students are boarding or exiting a bus. The ban would actually be enacted by bus companies and school districts.
