Employers Look for Good Personalities When Hiring Students for Summer Jobs
7/17/2006

A July 17, 2006 Herald & Review (Decatur, Illinois) article discusses how personality helps some teens to obtain the summer jobs that they want. Smiling, being pleasant, and dressing appropriately are as important when initially picking up a job application as they are during a final interview. Potential employers often base at least part of their hiring decision on the first impression they had of the applicant.
