"Let the buyer beware!" As consumers, we know how important it is to "beware" so that we don't get cheated. Yet, according to an article in the Telegraph-Forum of Central Ohio, in their desire to get money for college, many students and families forget that basic rule of life. Getting financial aid for college is tough, but it's just as important to keep the money you have now as it is to find new dollars. The article discusses that fact that, unfortunately, unscrupulous people, out to make a buck for themselves, bamboozle many students and families who are searching for aid. Students and families are cautioned to remember the bottom line: If an offer sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Find the article in its entirety on the Telegraph-Forum Web site. |
