ISBE Announces State Teacher of the Year Finalists

In a news release dated March 10, 2005, the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) announced the seven 2005 Illinois Teacher of the Year finalists. Chosen from approximately 200 nominees for ISBE's "Those Who Excel" educator recognition program, the finalists represent schools from across Illinois. The 2005 Teacher of the Year will be named at an awards banquet in April.
