Illinois Teachers Learning How to Bring Technology into the Classroom

A December 28, 2007 press release from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) announces that teachers in 26 districts across the state will participate in online classes that focus on methods to incorporate technology into the classroom. The courses are being made possible through the Illinois Enhancing Education Through Technology (EETT) grant program, and are provided via an online learning community that is funded by the U.S. Department of Education.
