Some Private Donors Providing College Funds for Veterans

A November 15, 2007 USA Today article reports that some philanthropists are donating funds to help supplement the educational benefits received by veterans under the GI Bill. Seeking to assist veterans who may otherwise not be able to afford a college education, the donors hope they will be joined by others with the financial means to do so.
