IVG Online Payment Training

To help orient schools to the new IVG online payment system, ISAC will offer a series of conference call training sessions during the week of August 27.  Schools are asked to call in at a specified date and time in an effort to keep the number of callers to small groups.  If your school is unable to participate at your scheduled time, two additional sessions will be offered at the end of the week for anyone to call into. During the conference call training session, we would like for you to log-in to the IVG online payment system so we can guide you through the new screens and the process.   If you already have access to IVG eligibility information in My Zone, you will be to view the IVG payment screens once the payment functionality is made available. However, in order to request, edit or update IVG payment claims, the My Zone administrator at your school will need to change your access to "General Admin."  If you will not be involved in requesting payment, but need to view IVG eligibility and payment information, then your administrator should provide you with "View Only" access.  If possible, please have your access set up and your My Zone user name and password readily available prior to the conference call.

A corresponding PowerPoint presentation with screen prints will be made available on August 23 in the Partner Training and Presentations sections of the E-Library. We recommend that you print it off prior to the conference call, especially if you are unable to log-in during the call.
