Outreach

Our outreach activities are designed to assist families with the college admission and financial aid processes. Through our default prevention efforts, we educate students and parents about student loans and the consequences of defaulting on those loans. We also work with schools and lenders to assist in keeping defaults to a minimum. In addition, we hold numerous training events for our partners – postsecondary institutions, high schools, community-based organizations, lenders and servicers.
