IDAPP’s Partnership Program
The Illinois Designated Account Purchase Program (IDAPP) is a division of ISAC.  IDAPP has developed a program for financial institutions to participate in the Family Federal Education Loan Program (FFELP) without the compliance and regulations that decrease the profitability of the program.  The program is named “The Community Educational Loan Partnership Program” or more commonly known as IDAPP’s Partnership Program.  The Partnership Program is designed to facilitate the origination of Federal Stafford and PLUS loans by local financial institutions.  ISAC provides the guarantee for the loans and IDAPP will provide the origination and secondary market services.

If you would like additional information or would like to discuss the program at length, contact John G. Schwarm at 847-831-8023 or jschwarm@isac.org.
