At the end of each academic year, an Illinois Future Teacher Corps (IFTC) Program Enrollment Status Verification for Compliance Roster is sent to the postsecondary school from ISAC, along with a cover letter explaining what is needed and the due date for providing the information. The institution verifies that the individuals who were previously awarded IFTC were enrolled during that academic year.
Enter one of the enrollment verification codes listed below and a status date for each recipient. A status code must be included for all recipients except "I" and “C”:

An Illinois Future Teacher Corps (IFTC) Enrollment Status Verification Form must be completed and returned to ISAC with the IFTC Program Enrollment Status Verification for Compliance Roster.
If a school has DTSS recipients, a separate DTSS Enrollment Status Verification for Compliance Roster and DTSS Enrollment Status Verification Form is sent and must be completed using the same instructions as for the IFTC roster and verification form.
