The HSSP Announcement Roster for Potential State Scholar Finalists was eliminated. Instead, the Congratulatory letters, that were previously sent to high school seniors designated as State Scholars, will be sent to high schools with the Announcement Roster for State Scholar Finalists. Schools will have the opportunity to review the roster and prevent the student from receiving a letter in error. The appeal process is available if a student has been excluded or was not a finalist and the high school feels the student should have been designated a State Scholar.
