Application Procedures for the Byrd Scholarship
{ISAC Rules, Section 2755.30}

There is not a separate application that Illinois high school students need to complete in order to be considered for a Byrd Scholarship. Students are automatically considered for the Byrd Honors Scholarship Program if they meet the eligibility requirements. High school counselors follow up by submitting the additional information required to complete the awarding process. All of this takes place between the student, ISAC, and the high school. Financial Aid Administrators are not involved in this part of the process.
