2008-09
Award Announcement
Lists identifying the new 2008-09 Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholars were sent high schools on April 24, 2008. At the same time, notification letters, Eligibility Certification forms and Rights and Responsibilities documents were sent to the 2008-09 Byrd Honors Scholars. New (incoming freshmen) and renewal Byrd Honors Scholars must return the Eligibility Certification form to ISAC on or before July 15, 2008, so that colleges will be able to request payment on their behalf for the fall term.
2007-08
The FY2008 appropriation (for 2007-08 academic year awards) has been finalized for this program. This is a federally-funded program that is administered by ISAC.
Payment
All 2007-08 Byrd Eligibility Certification/Payment Request rosters must be received by ISAC on or before May 15, 2008. Refer to the Payment Procedures for the Byrd Scholarship for additional information about the payment process.
