The FY10 budget (2009-10 academic year) signed by the governor included funding for IVG Program payment claims for the summer 2009 term. No IVG Program funds were allocated for the fall or spring terms. An additional appropriation for the 2009-10 academic year was again made to the Illinois Community College Board (ICCB) to cover some of the institutions' remaining costs.
Schools submit claims to ISAC as usual. ISAC will forward to ICCB the amount that each community college was not paid. ICCB will then handle paying the community colleges from their appropriation.
