A report exists in MAPnet to assist schools in identifying students that have reached, or are near, the intermediate (75 MAP Paid Credit Hours) or program maximum (135 MAP Paid Credit Hours). The new report will allow the user to input a range of MAP Paid Credit Hours in order to accommodate the different needs of each institution. The report can be used to identify those students that have already reached either of the limits, or to counsel those students that are approaching the intermediate or program maximum.
To access this report in MAPnet, follow these steps:
- From the Table of Contents, select Eligibility Report
- Click on the Request tab at the top of the Eligibility Report: List screen
- Select the MAP Paid Credit Hours report
- Enter the MAP Paid Credit Hour range to appear on the report
- Click on the Request Report tab
- Click on the List tab to view or print the report
