Once the Filter is applied to the data, only the resulting records meeting the Filter criteria will be displayed on the IVG Eligibility: View screen. The Filter feature can be used alone or in conjunction with the Sort function to further customize how information is displayed. After filtered records display on the IVG Eligibility: View screen, the SSN or Last Name fields can be sorted in ascending or descending order.  If benefits have been paid, the word “details” in the first column of the IVG Eligibility: View will be underlined.  Click on “details” to display a recipient’s payment history.

Page Display

The amount of IVG eligibility data available for display on My Zone at one time is limited to a maximum of 100 records per page.  This provides a more manageable population of data to search and eliminates the need to scroll through a large volume of records to find the information needed.

  • Number of rows on each page is defaulted to a maximum of 20.  The rows per page can be increased by changing the Rows per page setting on the bottom right corner of the screen. The rows per page can be increased in increments of 20 to a maximum of 100.
  • The information for each row will be displayed on one line and the data may extend beyond the viewable screen (it will not be wrapped to next line).
  • Links to First Page, Prep Page, Next Page and Last Page display at the bottom of the screen.
  • The number of pages for the filtered population displays at the bottom of the screen. e.g., Displaying results: 1-20 (of 100).
  • Depending on the desktop (PC) setting (i.e., 640X480), the number of viewable columns that will fit on the screen will be limited, thus requiring scrolling to the right.

How to Filter

Define the Filter criteria by selecting a Field Name, an Operand, and a Value. The Filter criteria can be defined for only one column at a time.

  • Select a Field Name from the drop-down box (see Filter criteria below);
  • Select an operand (Equal to (=), Greater Than (>), or Less Than (<);
  • Enter a Value and after the Filter criteria are defined, select the View Tab.
