2012-13
- Payment - The 2012-13 spring term ING Grant payment rosters are available at My Zone. Although ISAC will not be able to reimburse institutions for 2012-13 ING awards, payment requests still must be submitted so eligibility units can be accurately assessed to students' accounts. ING payment claims must be submitted electronically no later than 30 calendar days for an initial roster and 45 days for a supplemental roster after payment requests are available at My Zone (date on roster).
The spring term initial payment rosters are due to ISAC on or before April 20, 2013 and supplemental rosters are due on or before May 5, 2013.
- Announcement Rosters – Effective July 31, 2012, the Illinois National Guard (ING) Grant Announcement Rosters for the 2012-13 academic year are available online at My Zone. The date on the initial set of 2012-13 Announcement Rosters corresponds to date on the student letters (both dated July 30, 2012).
ING Announcement Rosters
The Illinois National Guard (ING) Grant Announcement Rosters are available online at My Zone. The ING Grant Announcement Roster provides information for each applicant who has applied for the ING Grant with your institution listed as the college of record, and for whom the Department of Military Affairs in Illinois (DMAIL) has confirmed eligibility as of the date printed at the top of the first page of the roster. The ING Grant Announcement Rosters, which are designed to assist in the financial aid packaging process by notifying colleges of eligible ING Grant applicants, may be used in place of collecting copies of the Notice of Eligibility letter that ISAC sends to students.

ING Payment Roster
The ING Payment Roster provides the ability to complete and submit ING Grant payment request rosters in a secure, electronic method of transmitting initial, supplemental and out-of-district claims data for the ING Grant program to ISAC. A cumulative list of payment request rosters is available for the entire fiscal year. After the application deadline for each term, colleges will be notified when new payment request rosters will be available at My Zone.
ING Payment Rosters can be viewed online, printed or saved in a Portable Document Format (PDF). My Zone is available to enter payment request rosters each Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. (CT).
Voucher information will be available online for each ING payment request after rosters are processed and a voucher number and voucher date have been entered into the My Zone system by ISAC. The voucher number and date on the roster allows colleges to match data with ING payments received from the Illinois State Comptroller’s Office.
