The next edition of the U.S. Department of Education's Education News Parents Can Use will be broadcast beginning at 7 p.m. (CT) on Monday, March 20, 2007. "Transforming Higher Education: Access and Affordability for All Students" will discuss the final report from U.S. Secretary of Education Margaret Spellings' Commission on the Future of Higher Education, and explore how parents and the education community can better prepare students for college. Also discussed will be ways to make higher education affordable.
