Study Finds Today's College Students Have Very High Self-Concept
2/27/2007

According to a February 27, 2007 article from The Associated Press, responses to a recent study indicate that today's college students may be more self-centered and narcissistic than in years past. Some experts, who believe the trend stems back to efforts from the 1980s to improve self-esteem, fear self-centered students may find it difficult to successfully interact in society as they grow older. When told of the study's findings, some college students indicated they do not think their generation is narcissistic.

The article is available at the CBS-2 (Chicago) Web site.
