College Tuition Continues to Rise, But at a Slower Rate
10/25/2006

An October 24, 2006 article from The Associated Press reports that, while the rate of increase for college tuition slowed in the past year, it still rose more than inflation. For the third year in a row, however, the gap between increases in tuition and inflation has decreased. Grant aid has not increased at the same rate as tuition. The article is based on Trends in College Pricing 2006, a report recently released by the College Board.

The article is available at the MSNBC Web site. A corresponding press release is posted at the College Board Web site.
