According to an article dated May 8, 2006, a recent survey shows that college students are more interested in potential employers' health plans than salary offers. Those surveyed named Walt Disney and Google as the top two potential employers overall, while health care, government and public services were ranked as the leading industries. High ethical standards surpassed financial strength as the one most significant factor college students are seeking in employers.
