Marking Fourth Anniversary of No Child Left Behind Act

U.S. Secretary of Education Margaret Spellings has released a statement commemorating the fourth anniversary of the No Child Left Behind Act. She expresses her appreciation to the states, Congress, educators and parents who have worked together to allow progress to be made under No Child Left Behind.
