5/17/2005

According to a May 13, 2005 news release, a new publication from the American Council on Education (ACE) outlines the procedures and programs that are involved in the federal financial aid process. "What Every Student Should Know About Federal Aid" is intended for students, parents, college administrators, and anyone interested in the college financial aid process. The publication includes a glossary of student aid terminology, a sample Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form, and examples of college financial aid packages.

The news release, which includes a link to the downloadable publication, is available at the ACE Web site.
