New College Graduates Earning Higher Salaries
4/19/2005

An April 16, 2005 CNN/Money article discusses a recent study from the National Association of Colleges and Employers, examining expected starting salaries for new college graduates. On average, employers are giving new college graduates higher starting salaries than were given to those who graduated with the class of 2003-04. In addition, it is anticipated that this year employers will hire a larger number of graduates than in recent years. The article includes a table of average starting salaries (by major) in 2005, and lists how these salaries compare to those for the class of 2004.

The article is available at the CNN/Money Web site.
