The U.S. Department of Education Federal Student Aid (FSA) has enhanced the FSA PUBS Web site for publication orders (GEN-06-16). The enhanced Web site is the one-stop source for ordering all of Federal Student Aid's publications and application tools that explain the federal financial aid programs. Self-service ensures that schools and organizations receive the quantity needed and prevents unwanted boxes of material.
This online service makes it easy to order free FSA publications. These include, for example
the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA),
the FAFSA on the Web Worksheet, and
Funding Education Beyond High School: The Guide to Federal Student Aid
To place an order or check on previous orders, postsecondary schools should log in to the site using their eight-digit Office of Postsecondary Education ID (OPEID) number. High schools, libraries, and nonprofit groups should enter their Mailing List (ML) number. For assistance, or to request an ML Number, do not hesitate to contact an FSA customer service representative at 800.394.7084 or via e-mail at orders@FSAPubs.org.
