Spring Breakers Trading Their Flip-flops for Tickets to Europe

It's spring break time, but this year, perhaps unlike past years, more college students are opting out of trips to beach locations and are instead choosing what are termed as "more sober" destinations.  Travel agencies are reporting an increase in spring break trips to Europe where students can actually "experience something" other than intense partying. 

Additionally, in many cases, the cost of travel to Europe can be on par with that of a visit to Caribbean locales, so more options have opened up for spring breakers.
