A June 21, 2009 article from The New York Times reports that, at college campuses across the nation, summer months are being viewed as an opportunity to generate some additional revenue. In addition to the immediate financial boost, having an active campus during the summer also results in greater overall exposure, which may generate a larger pool of prospective students in the future.
