A March 18, 2009 press release from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) announces activities that are taking place for the 27th annual Illinois Arts Education Week, which runs March 16th-22nd. This year's theme is "Envisioning Our Future through the Arts." The press release includes a listing of student winners from the statewide arts education poster contest, who will be recognized by ISBE at the Quad City Arts Center (Rock Island) on Thursday, March 19th.
