New Policy Allows Students to Choose Which SAT Score(s) Colleges See
6/25/2008

According to a June 24, 2008 article from U.S. News & World Report, a new College Board policy will allow students to choose which SAT scores are seen by colleges. The new policy, which takes effect in March 2009, is similar to options that students currently have regarding their ACT scores. While most agree that students will be happy with the change, some college admission experts are concerned that students with the financial means to take the test multiple times may have an unintended advantage over their low-income peers.

The article is available at the U.S. News & World Report Web site.
