The scholarship and grant programs administered by ISAC are funded through state appropriations. The fiscal year 2008 state budget has not yet been finalized. Consequently, ISAC is unable to process 2007-08 scholarship and grant disbursements at this time. Once appropriation levels are known, ISAC will work with Illinois college administrators to ensure that 2007-08 scholarship and grant payments are made on behalf of students in as timely a manner as is possible.
