Planning
Your students' skills and interests will play a major role in their career-decision process, or in their decision to advance their careers. Think about the student's different skills, talents, activities, interests and personality traits that are unique and important to him or her. Use these to determine possible career opportunities that utilize their skills and talents. And make sure they choose professions they think they might enjoy. Have the student research these careers to better understand them and help them match their interests and personalities to different jobs.

Many of the pages in this section are written from a student perspective and provide links to a variety of different resources available to students, parents and counselors.
