2009-10
Application
The 2009-10 Optometric Education Scholarship Program Application is now available. Students may obtain the application from the Financial Aid Office at the Illinois College of Optometry. In order to receive priority consideration for the award, the completed application should be submitted on or before March 1, 2009.
2008-09
The FY2009 appropriation for the Optometric Education Scholarship Program is $50,000.
