To download the PowerPoint presentation from this site, follow the steps listed below.

1. Right click on the hypertext link provided at the top of this page.
   
   NOTE:  It’s important to right click on Step 1.  If you left click on the link, depending on your Internet browser and PC set up, you may launch the presentation rather than download it.
   
   
2. Netscape Navigator Users – a drop-down menu will appear; click on the “Save Link As…” menu option.
   
   Internet Explorer Users – a drop-down menu will appear; left click on the “Save Target As…” menu option.
   
   
3. Identify the destination folder where you want the presentation copied (e.g., C:\General Session PPT and notes.ppt), or you may want to save it onto a diskette if you will be using the presentation on a PC other than the one from which you downloaded the file.  Left click on the “Save” button.

If this presentation includes speaker notes (Talking Points) for each slide, the speaker notes are available in the View mode under "Notes Page".
